2- Our Return & Exchange Policy extends open- handedly for 14 days from the date of order delivered.

3- To qualify for a fast Return or Exchange, products should be mostly unused, 90% of the content must be remaining at least.

4- We process all Return & Exchange requests promptly, typically within 3 to 5 business days.

5- Please note, delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any delivery charges experience of exchanging products.

6- In cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of the wrong product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the Return or Exchange.
